I love my little quiet time in the morning when I read up on my mail, and I particularly enjoy my daily dose of WDL. Today I read an interview in the WDL with Jeff Finley, artist and designer. When Jeff mentioned that he’d just started his ‘tumblr’ site, I clicked the link and decided to try it out. I have other blogs as well (and I always promise myself to write in them but hardly ever do).
Now that I’ve started on a new entrepreneurial venture (I’m starting up Crossing Hippos, a webdesign business) it would probably be a good idea to keep my blogs updated. I’m currently real busy on the new site for XH (Crossing Hippos) as well as the general identity of it. I also want to create some material for portfolio presentation, both online as well as offline.
So, my time is spread pretty thin, but I guess that’s true for any designer (so it’s not really a good excuse).
